Niagara Greeter Rich Hogan, right, offers help to a Niagara Falls tourist in need of directions on Friday near the corner of Rainbow Boulevard and Buffalo Avenue. Hogan, a retired foreign language teacher, has been a volunteer in the program for the past five years.
