James Neiss/staff photographer IN THE SPIRIT: Cheryl Butera of Anchor Spirits on Lockport Street, tosses green beads to those watching the Youngstown St. Patricks Day Parade. The parade traveled from the Stone Jug to Brennan's Irish Pub, across Lockport Street and couple business down Main Street on Saturday. Tonight's St. Patrick's Day celebration in the Falls offers up another short parade. Hosted by the Ancient Order of Hiberians, the Falls festivities kick off at 4:45 p.m. at Conference Center Niagara Falls.
