Emma the dog sports a “No Kill” T-shirt with the words “I survived Faso” on the back, during a protest at the Niagara SPCA on Saturday. Emma’s owner, who lives in Cambria, said she was initially told by SPCA Executive Director John Faso that the dog should not be adopted and instead should be euthanized.
