NIAGARA FALLS — Niagara Falls

 • PETIT LARCENY: At 11:05 a.m. Saturday, a victim reported $4 in coins, 10 CDs, sunglasses and a cell phone charger were taken from a vehicle in the 400 block of Memorial Parkway. The victim told police the vehicle must have been unlocked. The value of the missing items was listed at $94.

 • GRAND LARCENY: At 10:51 a.m. Saturday, a victim told police several items were missing from a vehicle in the 400 block of Memorial Parkway. A GPS, iPod shuffle and credit cards were taken. The value is listed at $624.

• BURGLARY: A resident of the 2800 block of McKoon Avenue told police they returned home from work at 7 a.m. Saturday to find the doors to the residence wide open. A Wii game system, videogames and a television, all valued at $1,350, were taken.

• PETIT LARCENY: Christopher D. Pugh, 19, 1805 Weston Ave., Apt. 2, was charged with petit larceny at 6:56 p.m. Friday in the 1500 block of Military Road. The store’s protection coordinator saw Pugh take $93 from a register he was stationed at.

• PETIT LARCENY: Between 11 p.m. Friday and 3 p.m. Saturday, an unknown person broke the front passenger side window of a vehicle while it was parked in the 400 block of 12th St. $2 in change was taken from the vehicle. The window was valued at $293.

• PETIT LARCENY: A resident in the 2800 block of McKoon Avenue told police two Santa Claus decorations were taken from the front yard. The resident said the dog began barking and running through the home around noon Saturday, but the victim thought it was only the mailman. When leaving for work, the victim noticed the 3-feet tall Santas were not in the yard.

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT: At 12:35 a.m. Saturday, RAC officers were dispatched to the 200 block of First Street for a report of a person throwing glass in the street. When officers arrived, they found five people fighting in the street. Officers told the people to leave the area. William Chad Reagle, 37, 3668 Ferry Ave., continued fighting, according to reports. When officers informed Reagle he was under arrest, he took off running. Police found six grams of marijuana in his jacket. Reagle was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and unlawful possession of marijuana. Reagle also has a warrant for third-degree criminal mischief.

Ransomville

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT: William D. Rutland, 32, 2889 Ridge Road, was charged with disorderly conduct on Saturday. Sheriff’s deputies responded to a business regarding an unwanted person. Rutland was asked to leave the area numerous times. Officers observed two males fighting in a parking lot, while  four or five others were pushing and grabbing each other. According to the victim, Rutland started a physical altercation for no reason. Rutland was evasive about how the fight was started. He also was extremely intoxicated and was yelling obscenities. The owner of the business said she asked Rutland to leave the establishment numerous times and he began to pick fights with other patrons both inside the bar and outside.

Sanborn

• MARIJUANA: Sean T. Sweeney, 29, 3362 Lockport Road, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Friday. A motorist flagged down a sheriff’s deputy and reported he was cut off on Shawnee Road. According to the reports, Sweeney said he was involved in a road rage incident with a black SUV prior to being stopped by the sheriff’s patrol. Sweeney stated he was forced to drive to the right of the other vehicle due to being cut off himself. The patrol detected an odor of marijuana from inside Sweeney’s vehicle. Sweeney admitted to having a pipe and marijuana under the driver’s seat.
