BLOTTER: Police reports published Feb. 13

Niagara Falls

• ARREST: A Lockport man was arrested on a drug charge and outstanding warrants. David Allen Glenn, 43, 182 N. Transit Road, Apt.. 1, was charged with first-degree loitering and on the warrants. Police said they observed Glenn in an area known for drug trafficking, the 600 block of 19th Street, at 2:56 p.m. Friday. When he was stopped, Glenn had a crack pipe in his possession.
