BLOTTER: Police reports published Dec. 21

Niagara Falls

• CHARGED: Kenneth E. Drake, 51, 2172 Seneca Ave., was charged with petit larceny about 4 p.m. Wednesday, according to Falls police. Security at a store on Builders Way told police they saw Drake place six items in his coat and attempt to walk out of the store without paying for them. The total value of the items is $47.55.

 
• THEFT: Falls police were called to the 1300 block of Michigan Avenue early Wednesday morning for the report of a stolen atv. A resident said the atv had been on a small trailer attached to a vehicle. The trailer had been unhitched from the vehicle and pushed into the street. The cost of the atv is $3,000.

 
• THEFT: The front window of a business was smashed and several items were taken from a display on the 1600 block of Pine Avenue about 12:30 a.m. Thursday. Items
