BLOTTER: Police reports published Oct. 27

— State Police identify Transit accident victims

New York State Police have released the names of the three victims of Thursday’s crash on South Transit Road in the Town of Lockport.

 
John Thompson of Lockport was driving a 2007 GMC Yukon, while Lee and Rose Rosselli of Lockport were on a 1975 Harley Davidson motorcycle. Lee Rosselli was operating the Harley Davidson.

 
Police reported at about 12:39 p.m. Thursday, the GMC Yukon was stopped, northbound in the center turning lane, in front of the Value Home Center Plaza. The Rossellis were reportedly traveling southbound on South Transit Road when the GMC Yukon turned left from the center lane across the southbound lane of travel. The two vehicles collided causing the Rossellis to be thrown from the motorcycle, causing serious injuries to both. They were flown to ECMC by Mercy Filght where they were treated for their injuries.

 
Thompson was not injuried and did not receive any medical treatment at the scene. No other information was available.

CONTEMPT: Floyd McGriff, 38, 368 Walnut St. was charged Friday with second-degree criminal contempt. Lockport Police reported a Church Street woman filed a compliant saying McGriff was constantly driving past her house, once doing four times in a matter of minutes.The victim’s friend tried to take a picture, at which point McGriff reportedly got out of the car, grabbed himself and said “take a picture of this!” McGriff was held for court.
