BLOTTER: Police reports published March 23

Niagara Falls

• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested after a domestic incident in the 900 block of Ferry Avenue at 2:57 p.m. Thursday. Robert Edward Draper, 52, 1127 Linwood Ave. lower, was charged with third-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

 
• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested after a shoplifting incident at a convenience store in the 7900 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard. David Gerald Grimaldi, 45, 462 Portage Road, Apt. 1, was charged with petit larceny. He is accused of taking a 24-ounce Dog Bite High Gravity Lager beer without paying for it.

 
• ARREST: A Falls woman was arrested after a shoplifting incident at a store in the 1500 block of Military Road at 10:50 p.m. Thursday. Lisa B. Flinchum, 46, 959 Harrison Ave., was charged with petit larceny. She is accused of taking more that $77 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
