BLOTTER: Police reports published March 10

• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested on drug and other charges. Terrill D. Pettway, 20, 3602 Ely Ave., Apt. 2, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and restricted use of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Police said they stopped a car that Pettway was a passenger in at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at 11th Street and Ontario Avenue because they saw him drinking a beer in the back seat. After the stop, officers discovered Pettway had three grams of marijuana in his possession and four outstanding arrest warrants.

• ASSAULT: Police are looking for two suspects in an attack on a man in his apartment in the 400 block of 61st Street. The 22-year-old victim told officers the suspects entered his home at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday and began punching him. The victim said one suspect also hit in the back with a shovel.

• LARCENY: A Shawnee Road resident told deputies Monday that while she was at work, a $367 vehicle cover was stolen from her truck while it was parked at Niagara County Community College.

• LARCENY: A Lockport resident told deputies Monday her backpack with $650 worth of items was stolen at NCCC. A report said the victim left her backpack with a friend, and when she went to pick it up, the backpack and her friend were gone. The missing items included a laptop, digital camera and an iPod.
