• BURGLARY: Police are investigating a burglary in the 600 block of 15th Street. A 47-year-old man told officers sometime between 9 a.m. Monday and noon Tuesday someone broke into the home he was renovating by kicking in the back door. The victim said more than $3,000 worth of copper and a water meter were taken.

• ARREST: A Bergholz man was arrested on a drug charge. Anthony Joseph Folino II, 22, 6753 Sy Road, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police said they were taking Folino into custody after a sentencing in City Court and found he had prescription drugs without a valid prescription in his possession.

• FRAUD: A Beach Ridge Road man reported identity theft Monday when he noticed an unknown person used his account to make a purchase at vbulletin.com.

• MISCHIEF: A reported $500 worth of damage was reported after an unknown vehicle struck the complainants front porch on his house on Beach Ridge Road. A report said deputy investigation confirmed the vehicle was headed southbound on Wheatfield-Pendleton Townline Road and made an uncontrollable turn.

Wilson

• LARCENY: The total in damage and missing items was set at nearly $3,500 worth in a larceny reported by a Dorwood Park resident who reportedly told deputies while he was out of town someone stole several items. The report said the Sheriff’s Office may have a person of interest, but no arrests can be made until the investigation is complete.
