Police in the village of Kenmore tell local media outlets that the accident occurred around 7:40 a.m. Tuesday when a Ken-Ton School District bus carrying 32 students failed to yield to another bus at an intersection.

The second bus, which was empty, was struck by the first bus then hit a utility pole and the wall of a building in Kenmore, just north of Buffalo.
