BLOTTER: Police reports published Dec. 8

Niagara Falls

• INCIDENT: Police are investigating an incident in the 300 block of Niagara Street. A witness told officers that around 9:20 p.m. Wednesday they heard a loud bang and at 9:44 a.m. Thursday. A second witness found the cover of an exhaust fan lying in a nearby parking lot. Officers said the exhaust fan where the cover came from appeared to have been damaged “by some sort of explosion.”
