BLOTTER: Police reports published Nov. 15

NIagara Falls

• ARREST: A Falls woman was arrested after a domestic incident in the 500 block of 70th Street at 4:40 a.m. Tuesday. Athena Dee Legace, 34, 567 70th St., was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree harassment.

 
• VANDALISM: Officers are looking into an incident of vandalism in the 1600 block of Ontario Avenue. A business owner told police that sometime between 4 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. Tuesday someone damaged three dump trucks and a tow truck he owns. The vehicles were spray painted inside and out and sugar or salt was dumped in the gas tanks. The windows on the trucks were also broken.
