BLOTTER: Police reports published Feb. 13

Niagara Falls

• BURGLARY: Police are investigating a burglary in the 700 block of Fourth Street. A 65-year-old woman told officers that sometime between noon Friday and 3:30 p.m. Monday someone broke into a room off the garage at the rear of her home through an unlocked door. The victim said a 35-inch flatscreen TV, a stereo and surround sound system and some DVDs were taken.

 
Lewiston

 
• MARIJUANA: Scott E. Kirch, 18, 429 Young St., Wilson, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and a muffler exhaust system violation Tuesday. According to a report, a Niagara County Sheriff’s deputy saw Kirsch driving on Saunders Settlement Road with an extremely loud muffler at 12:01 a.m. Kirch was stopped near the  corner of Route 31 and Lewiston/Cambria Townline Road. The deputy found marijuana along with a glass pipe in the center console. Kirch was issued an appearance ticket

North Tonawanda

• LARCENY: Tiara E. Waller, 23, 35 John Granville Drive, and Jessica L. Delorenzo, 22, 638 60th St., Niagara Falls, were charged at 4:18 p.m. Monday on Niagara Falls Boulevard with petit larceny. Delorenzo was released on $250 bail and Waller was held for court.
