BLOTTER: Police reports published Feb. 20

Niagara Falls

• ASSAULT: Officers are looking for a pair of suspects, including a 17-year-old girl, in connection with an assault in a Third Street bar early Sunday morning. A 21-year-old man told police he was in the bar at 12:30 a.m. Sunday when he saw the boyfriend of his ex-girlfriend and his sister. The victim said the pair confronted him in a bar restroom and the male punched him in the face and knocked him to the ground, while the girl kicked him. The man suffered multiple cuts and bruises.

 
• SHOOTING: Police are investigating an apparent shooting incident in the 1800 block of Weston Avenue. A 58-year-old man told officers he had left his car in that area around 10 p.m. Saturday and when he returned at 10:45 a.m. Sunday he found that someone had shot out the back window of the vehicle and shot a rear door. Officers said there had been a call for a shooting in that area at 3:15 a.m. Sunday.

 
• BURGLARY: Officers are looking into a burglary in the 4800 block of Packard Road. An employee of a business there told police that sometime between 7 and 10 p.m. Saturday someone broke into a warehouse by forcing open an overhead door. Once inside, a suspect used a forklift to break through another overhead door inside the warehouse. The employee said a plasma cutter and a hand-grinder were taken.

 
• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested after a domestic incident in the 2100 block of 22nd Street at 8:15 p.m. Sunday. Daniel Joseph Regan Jr., 24, 6404 Locust St., was charged with second-degree criminal obstruction of breathing, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment.

 
• ARREST: A Falls woman was arrested after a shoplifting incident at a store in the 800 block of Portage Road at 2:10 p.m. Monday. Andrea Ilene Jordan, 45, 1365 Pierce Ave., Apt. 3, was charged with petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. She is accused of taking just over $6 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

 
• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested after he fought with another man near Eighth Street and Division Avenue Monday night. A 35-year-old man told officers he was walking home when, he was approached by Brian White, 25, 2934 Birch Ave., who attacked him and tried to “cut him” with a pocket knife. White fled from the scene but was caught by police about a block away. He was charged with second-degree menacing.

 
• BURGLARY: Police are investigating a burglary in the 9000 block of Zito Drive. A 28-year-old man told officers that sometime between 9 a.m. and noon Monday someone broke into his apartment by pushing in a window. The victim said a TV was taken.

 
• BURGLARY: Officers are looking into a burglary in the 2800 block of Michigan Avenue. A 57-year-old woman told police that sometime between 4 and 8:40 p.m. Monday someone broke into her home by kicking in the rear door. The victim said a diamond bracelet, two iPods, a laptop computer and some cash was taken.

 
• SHOOTING: Police are investigating a shooting in the 600 block of 92nd Street. A 23-year-old man told officers he was standing in his bedroom, at 12:15 a.m. Tuesday when someone fired a shot through one of the windows. The victim was not struck or injured.
