• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested after a domestic incident in the 2200 block of LaSalle Avenue at 7:30 a.m. Monday. Jeremy L. Rupert, 21, 2208 LaSalle Ave., was arrested on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree harassment.
• THEFT: Police are investigating an SUV break-in in the 1500 block of Pierce Avenue. A 32-year-old woman told officers that sometime between 6:30 and 10 a.m. Monday someone broke into her 2003 Jeep by breaking a rear window. The victim said the vehicle’s stereo system was taken.
• BURGLARY: Officers are looking into a burglary in the 400 block of 20th Street. A 40-year-old woman told police that sometime between 11 p.m. Sunday and 11 a.m. Monday someone broke into her apartment by breaking a rear bedroom window. The victim said two flatscreen TVs and some cash was taken.
• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested after a domestic incident in the 2400 block of Cleveland Avenue at 2:45 p.m. Monday. James Damon Moore, 22, 2424 Cleveland Ave., was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree harassment.
• ARREST: A Grand Island man was arrested after a shoplifting incident in a supermarket in the 7200 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard. Joseph Tomkiel, 60, 150 Forrest Creek Road, was charged with petit larceny. A store employee told officers that Tomkiel entered the supermarket at 7:15 p.m. Monday and took more than $24 worth of meat without paying for it.
