Niagara Gazette — • ARREST: A Falls man was arrested after a domestic incident in the 100 block of 80th Street at 10:20 a.m. Tuesday. Mark Anthony Emanuele, 45, 162 80th St., was charged with third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment.

• ARREST: A Falls woman was arrested after a domestic incident in the 1300 block of Norwood Avenue at 11 a.m. Tuesday. Kathleen Teresa O'Grady, 27, 9470 Niagara Falls Blvd. Apt. 127, was charged with third-degree assault, attempted third-degree assault and second-degree harassment.

• BURGLARY: Police are investigating a burglary in the 1000 block of Fairfield Avenue. A 75-year-old man told officers that sometime between 2:55 p.m. Friday and noon Tuesday, someone broke into his home by breaking a window on a rear door. The victim said a dining room table and four chairs, a city water meter and an undetermined amount of copper pipe were taken.

• ARREST: A Falls woman was arrested on drunken driving charges after a traffic stop in the area of Tuscarora Road and Niagara Falls Boulevard at 12:20 a.m. Wednesday. Cheryl Denise Paterson, 52, 1234 87th St., was charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated, failure to signal a turn and failure to stop at a stop sign.

• ARREST: An Irving, N.Y. man was arrested after a domestic incident in the 100 block of Old Falls Street at 3:05 a.m. Wednesday. Benjamin Franklin Buffalo Jr., 29, 11201 Old Lakeshore Road, was charged with petit larceny.
