• THEFT: Police are investigating a car break-in in the 1500 block of Pine Avenue. A 50-year-old man told officers sometime between 10:30 p.m. Monday and 4:30 p.m. Tuesday someone broke into his 2009 Buick by smashing a driver’s side window. The victim said $10 in change was taken.
• MENACING: Officers are looking into an incident in the 1700 block of Welch Avenue. A 51-year-old man told police he was pulling into the driveway of his home, at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday, when another man approached him and started to pull out a handgun. The victim said he drove away and the suspect followed him in a sport utility vehicle driven by a woman. The pair stopped following him when he drove to police headquarters in the 1900 block of Main Street.
• ARREST: A Falls woman was arrested after she created a disturbance in the 2200 block of Welch Avenue at 2:49 p.m. Tuesday. Ebonee C. Randall, 23, 1710 Niagara St., was charged with disorderly conduct. Officers said she refused to leave the area after a fight and stood in the street yelling and screaming obscenities.
• THEFT: Police are investigating a car break-in in the 1300 block of Roselle Avenue. A 22-year-old woman told officers sometime between 3 and 7 a.m. Tuesday someone broke into her car by forcing open a door. The victim said a radio, an amplifier and a cell phone were taken.
• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested after leading police on a brief chase. Officers said they saw a car, driven by Donald Vincent Reilly, 54, 900 80th St., Apt. 323, in the 6500 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. Reilly was speeding, tailgating and changing lanes unsafely. Officers tried to stop Reilly but he sped away from them and then lost control of his car at Niagara Falls Boulevard and Packard Court. After spinning out, officers took Reilly into custody at gunpoint. He was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, reckless driving, speeding, following too closely and two counts of unsafe lane change.
• BURGLARY: Officers are looking into a burglary in the 1500 block of Walnut Avenue. A U.S. Postal Service employee told police sometime between noon Monday and 9:30 a.m. Tuesday someone entered a yard by the main post office and broke the lock and hasp off a storage shed. The postal officials said two snowblowers were taken.
City of Lockport
• CHARGED: Lisa M. Potter, 32, 3315 Niagara St., Niagara Falls, was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing and obstruction of governmental administration. Patrol responded to Erie Street Monday night for a report of a fight. The victim told police Potter came to the residence drunk and refused to leave when asked. A police report said the suspect also attempted to destroy the victim’s property and tried to hit the victim.
Town of Lockport
• ASSAULT: One inmate was reportedly assaulted Tuesday by another inmate while they were in the Niagara County Jail. There was no report of charges being filed.

Niagara Regional Police cruisers swarmed Table Rock just past 4 p.m. Sunday after getting reports of a woman going over the Horseshoe Falls.
