NIAGARA FALLS —
• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested after he refused to stop fighting and creating a disturbance in the 400 block of 26th Street at 5:50 p.m. Thursday. Sylvester Harris III, 21, 483 26th St., was charged with disorderly conduct.
• THEFT: Police are investigating a car break-in in the 200 block of Rainbow Boulevard. An unidentified woman told officers at 2:45 p.m. Thursday, witnesses say a male suspect smashed a rear window on her 2007 Mazda M3S. The victim said a GPS system, an iPod and a pair of glasses were taken.
• ARREST: A Falls woman was arrested after a shoplifting incident at a supermarket in the 1000 block of Portage Road on Thursday afternoon. Brandee Crandall, 18, 537 17th St., was charged with petit larceny. She is accused of taking over $25 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested after a shoplifting incident at a store in the 1500 block of Military Road on Thursday afternoon. Dewayne Parchment, 26, 1637 Falls St., was charged with petit larceny. Parchment is accused of taking a package of condoms, a microwave oven, two packages of razors, two packages of contact lens solution and a toothpaste dispenser without paying for the items.
