BLOTTER: Police reports published March 6

Niagara Falls

• ARREST: A Falls girl was arrested after a domestic incident in the 2300 block of 16th Street at 7:15 a.m. Monday. Carlietha Nahaeema Handley, 17, 2305 15th St., was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny.

 
• ROBBERY: Police are investigating a robbery in the 1500 block of Main Street. A 63-year-old woman told officers a man entered her business at 3:55 p.m. Monday and began “jumping up and down” and saying, “Give me the money, give me all the money.” The woman said she tried to hit the suspect with a portable grinder but missed. The suspect then threw a plastic water dispenser at the woman that hit her in the face. The suspect then ran from the business and fled in a light-colored car that had been waiting for him in the 800 block of Willow Avenue.

• MARIJUANA: Timothy J. Mallory, 21, 632 4th St., Niagara Falls, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a vehicle with obstructed vision and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration Tuesday. Mallory was observed pulling into the lot at the Niagara County Jail with the driver’s view obstructed, The vehicle’s registration was suspended and insurance was not in effect. According to the report, the sheriffs patrol detected the odor of burnt marihuana and observed  a plastic baggie containing marijuana. Mallory was turned over to the Niagara County Jail.
