BLOTTER: Police reports published Nov. 10

Niagara Falls

THEFT: Police are investigating a car break-in in the 2400 block of Woodlawn Avenue. A 23-year-old woman told officers that sometime between noon and 4:06 p.m. Thursday, someone broke into her unlocked 2006 Ford Escape. The victim said a cell phone and charger and some cash was taken.
