• DESCRIPTION: 27-year-old black male, 5-feet-4, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has two tattoos on his neck and may have facial hair. He is described as having “squinty” eyes. Police advise that he is considered violent and should not be approached by civilians. He may be driving a silver Pontiac Sunfire. Police also advise that anyone who may be aiding Smith will also face charges.

• CHARGES: Smith is wanted on arrest warrants charging him with second and third-degree assault, first-degree criminal sex act, third-degree menacing, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, fleeing from a police officer, criminal mischief and criminal possession of stolen property.
