A multi-vehicle accident on the I-190 South on the south Grand Island bridge has put a major kink in Tuesday morning’s commute.
State Police blocked traffic at the base of the south bridge following a chain-reaction accident involving at least three cars that happened around 9 a.m.
By about 9:40 a.m., traffic was at a standstill and backed up close to the Whitehaven Road exit.
The extent of injuries is currently unknown.
