Tonawanda man arraigned on child porn charges

Niagara Gazette — A Town of Tonawanda man was arraigned on a sealed indictment charging him with four different sexual charges, according to the Erie County District Attorney's Office.

Shawn McIntosh, of 308 Parkhurst, allegedly took pornographic photographs of two juvenile females under the age of 11.

The photos "lewdly display the girl's genitals," according to the district attorney's office.

McIntosh, 32, was charged with four counts of use of a child in a sexual performance, two counts of first-degree sexual abuse, four counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

The defendant is also charged with subjecting both juveniles to sexual contact with a sexual device.

McIntosh was arrested on an indictment warrant by the Town of Tonawanda Police.

He faces a possible sentence of up to 50 years in prison. He is in custody without bail.
