NIAGARA FALLS — The city’s Community Development Department has been awarded a $200,000 grant to knock down homes in the South End, specifically between Fourth and Seventh streets and Niagara Street and Ferry Avenue — neighborhoods located mere blocks away from the city’s downtown tourism district and Seneca Niagara Casino and Hotel.
