NIAGARA FALLS — Here it is, a list of the area’s four free concert series (Artpark’s Tuesday i•the Park and Wednesday at Artpark, Buffalo’s Thursday i•the Square, Lockport’s Molso•Canal Concert Series and Niagara Falls’ Hard Rock concert series) with the non-free Buffalo Rocks the Harbor shows throw•i•for good measure.
