NIAGARA FALLS —
Michael Flechsenhaar, of Niagara Falls, formerly of Heritage Manor, Ransomville, died on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. He was 65.
He was born in Niagara Falls on October 19, 1947, the son of the late Donald and Eileen (McKenna) Flechsenhaar. He attended area schools, including St. John de LaSalle School and the Diocesan Prep Seminary, Buffalo.
Michael was a long-time resident of Heritage Manor, where he enjoyed many resident activities along with friends there. He was known to always wearing a warm and friendly smile.
He is survived by his sister, Jane Gremke (Charles) of Rochester; nieces and nephews, CJ Gremke of Rochester; Jennifer (Ryan) Petronis of Rochester; and Daniel M. Gremke of Rochester. He was predeceased by his brother, Daniel Flechsenhaar.
There will be no prior visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 AM in St. John de LaSalle RC Church, 8469 Buffalo Avenue. The interment will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY. Arrangements by the LANE FUNERAL HOME, INC.
