NIAGARA FALLS —
Gladys Price, age 85, of Center Ave., died at N.F. Memorial Medical Hospital Thursday, January 26, 2012. Born February 8, 1926 in Little Rock, AR, the daughter of the late Charlie and Lagie Swanson.
She married Virgo Price in 1944 and moved to Niagara Falls in 1945. She was a member of the Trail Blazers Seniors, where she loved to play fish. She loved and enjoyed her family, and participation at Kingdom Hall.
Surviving are two daughters, Marilyn Burch and MaryAnn Price; three brothers, Eugene Swanson, George (Patricia) Swanson of Niagara Falls, and Theodore Roosevelt (Dorothy) Swanson of Newfane, NY; one sister, Amanda Swanson of Sacramento, CA; one special friend, Valerie Walker; two grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by grandson, Shemariah Burch.
Visitation Tuesday, January 31, 11 AM at Kingdom Hall, Tennessee and 17th St. Funeral services to follow at 12 noon. Burial at Oakwood Cemetery. Arrangements by WILLIAMSON FUNERAL HOME.
