NIAGARA FALLS —
John H. "Johnny Blaze" Rowland, 59, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Sunday, November 18, 2012 in Niagara Hospice House, Lockport, NY. Born on June 18, 1953 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Harold and Betty (Denman) Rowland and attended local schools.
John worked as a bartender and enjoyed spending time with family and friends and playing pool.
He is survived by his children, John H. Rowland II and Jennifer Rowland; grandchildren, Jonathan Rowland and Joey Hald; his brothers, James Rowland, Rodney (Jennie) Rowland; special nephew, Jim Rowland, all of Niagara Falls, NY. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers, Duane and Steven Rowland.
Friends may call on Friday, November 23rd from 7-9 PM at ZAJAC FUNERAL HOME, INC.,319-24th St. cor. Welch Ave., Niagara Falls, NY, where services will take place at 9:00 PM. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
