NIAGARA FALLS —
Domenica Carter, 39, of Niagara Falls, went to be with the Lord on February 19, 2013 at Erie County Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family. Born on August 16, 1973 to the late Willie Carter, Sr. and Laura (Howard) of Niagara Falls.
She was a member of the St. Mark Open Door Church. She attended local schools and was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School. She had former employment with Our Lady of Peace Healthcare Facility and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, traveling and music.
Surviving other than her mother is her grandmother, Margueritte Howard; two children, Shaquanna and Stefon Knighton; Goddaughter, Ionna Brinson; three sisters, Sarah, Chiquita and Doris; one brother, Willie Carter II; and a devoted companion, Richard Thomas.
Visitation on Monday at 11 AM in the Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 1334 Calumet Ave. Funeral to follow at Noon. Burial at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by WILLIAMSON FUNERAL HOME, 635 Main Street.
