NIAGARA FALLS —
Frances B. (Sinatra) Kumm of Niagara Falls, NY, died on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at Northgate Manor, Wheatfield, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Angeline Sinatra.
Frances was a lifelong resident in Niagara Falls and graduated from Niagara Falls High School. She later received her Bachelor's Degree from the University at Buffalo. In her younger years, Frances enjoyed working with her father in the family's produce distribution business, visiting many of the farmers markets in the Niagara County area. Frances also worked as a substitute teacher for area parochial schools. In her spare time she enjoyed reading.
Mrs. Kumm was predeceased by her husband, Raymond Kumm. She is survived by her three children, Jeffrey (Kathleen) Kumm of Amherst, NY, Angela (Mark) Warner of Albany, NY and Michael (Christine) Kumm of Rochester, NY; five grandchildren, Kayla Rae Kumm, Caroline Kumm, Larisa Kumm, Liliya and Victor Warner; one sister, Rose (late Sam) Oliverio of Potsdam, NY; her special nieces, Patti Karis and Andrea Virtuoso; caring neighbors, Joe and Sandy Lis; her lifelong friend, Isabel Caterina and many extended family and friends. She was predeceased by a brother, Andrea "Henry" Sinatra.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 9:30-10:15 AM at St. Raphael Church, 3840 Macklem Avenue (at College), Niagara Falls, NY, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM with Rev. Ivan Skenderovic officiating. EVERYONE WILL ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Raphael Parish; or Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY 14094. Arrangements by M.J.
