Elvera F. (Ausderau) Dotter, 79, of the Town of Niagara, NY, wife of the late Edwin Charles Dotter, entered into rest on Saturday, November 17, 2012 in Mount Saint Mary's Hospital, in Lewiston, NY, following a brief illness. Born on October 7, 1933 in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Vada (Huey) Ausderau. Elvera worked as a cook for Mom's Restaurant in Niagara Falls, NY.
Mrs. Dotter is survived by two children, Keith Dotter of California and Alyce Dotter of Niagara Falls, NY, and was predeceased by one son, Arthur Dotter. Elvera is also survived by two nieces and three nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by one brother and one sister.
There will be no prior visitation. A private graveside service will be held in Niagara Falls Memorial Park Cemetery, Lewiston, NY. If desired, memorial offerings may be made to the Niagara County SPCA, P.O. Box 200 LPO, 2100 Lockport Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14304.
