CLERMONT, FL —
Deacon Johnnie Mills passed away on January 25, 2013 in Clermont, FL, following a long illness. Born on December 3, 1926 in Bellwood, AL, the son of the late Henry and Ola (Holmes) Mills.
Deacon Mills was a longtime faithful member of the Mt. Sinai Baptist Church and after the death of his wife, Ethel Mills in 2001, he relocated to Florida to be with his brother, Henry. Also surviving is a step-daughter, Emma Works; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation Thursday (today) 5:30 PM in the WILLIAMSON UNERAL HOME, 635 Main Street. Funeral to follow at 6:15 PM. Burial in Acacia Park Cemetery.
