NIAGARA FALLS —
William Joseph Denney, age 61, of Falls Street, entered into rest unexpectedly on October 26, 2012 at his residence. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, on January 21, 1951, he was the son of the late Richard and Catherine (Collins) Denney.
Joe, as he liked to be called, was a lifelong resident of the city and had been employed at Harrison Radiator, LaSalle Cab, and Honey's Pizza, before going on disability due to his health.
Survivors include his wife, Marlene Denney; three children, John (Laura) Denney and James (Leslie) Denney, both of Niagara Falls, and Salli Jo Denney of Syracuse; six grandchildren, Giah, Riely, Talia, Jordan, Austin and Brandon; and a sister, Justine. He was predeceased by a daughter, Amber Denney; and several brothers and sisters.
Friends may call at the DUBOIS FUNERAL HOME, 2436 Niagara Road, (between Niagara Falls Blvd. and Ward Rd., Bergholz) in Wheatfield, on Tuesday from 6-8 PM with services following visitation at 8:00 PM, with the Rev. Michael A. Keicher officiating.
