Wednesday

n State of Lake Ontario meeting number two from 7 to10 p.m. at the Imaging Sciences Auditorium in the Chester F. Carlson Building, Rochester Institute of Technology in Monroe County. Call Web Pearsall for more information at 585-226-5339. Open to the public.

n Final day of the South Area Canada goose season. Snow goose season will continue in the Western Zone through April 15.

n Opening day of the 20th Annual Western New York Sport and Travel Expo at the Erie County Fairgrounds, Hamburg. Show hours are noon to 8 p.m. and runs through Sunday.
