INCIDENT: Sheriff's deputies were called to a Seaman Road home Friday morning for a report of an infant falling down a flight of stairs. The child's 22-year-old mother told deputies she was with her 8-month-old child about 9 a.m. and went down a flight of stairs to get a cup of coffee. The infant tried to follow her and tumbled to the bottom of the stairs, suffering a contusion to the forehead.
