BLOTTER: Police reports published March 19

Niagara Falls

• BURGLARY: Police are investigating a burglary in the 1700 block of 22nd Street. A 21-year-old woman told officers that sometime between 7 and 10:46 p.m. Sunday someone broke into her home by unknown means. The victim said a “big screen television” was taken.
 
• ARREST: A Falls woman was arrested on drunken driving and other charges after a traffic stop on Niagara Falls Boulevard at 10:42 p.m. Sunday. Patricia A. Boland, 58, 1272 85th St., was charged with driving while intoxicated, unsafe backing and unsafe lane change.
 
• ARREST: A Falls woman was arrested after a shoplifting incident at a store in the 1500 block of Military Road at 1:50 p.m. Wednesday. Sherrell Lynn Moore, 32, 1331 LaSalle Ave., was charged with petit larceny. She’s is accused of taking more than $54 worth of food items without paying for them.

• DWI: Scott A. Green, 44, 534 Gilmore Ave., was charged at 9:17 p.m. Sunday with DWI and speed in zone. He refused a take a blood alcohol test and was held for court. 

 
• DWI: Kristen M. Mulling, 31, 355 North Transit St., Lockport, was charged at 3:04 a.m. Sunday with DWI on Sweeney Street. Her blood alcohol content was found to be 0.18 and she was released on her own recognizance.
