• ARREST: A Falls man was arrested for drunken driving after a traffic stop on the Robert Moses Parkway at 11:08 p.m. Wednesday. James Carl Lackas, 35, 420 71st St., was charged with driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unsafe lane change.

• CONTEMPT: Eric A. Guzenski, 22, 109 Harlem Road, West Seneca, was charged at 1:36 p.m. Thursday with second-degree criminal contempt. Guzenski was held for court.
