BLOTTER: Police reports published Sept. 21

Niagara Falls

ARREST: A Falls woman was arrested after a shoplifting incident in a store in the 1200 block of Pine Avenue at 12:56 p.m. Wednesday. Christine Donna Freiburger, 34, 1728 Ferry Ave., lower, was charged with petit larceny. She is accused of taking more than $31 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

 
• THEFT: Police are investigating an SUV break-in in the 3000 block of Monroe Avenue. A 34-year-old female told officers that sometime between 1 and 9 a.m. Wednesday someone broke into her 2008 Chevy Equinox by smashing a rear passenger-side window. The victim said a bag of children’s toys was taken.
