• IDENTITY THEFT: A Niagara Falls woman reported at 2:47 p.m. Friday that her credit card was used six times in Florida. A total of $230.60 was charged.
• GRAND LARCENY: At 1:05 p.m. Saturday, a 68th Street resident reported two cameras and rings were taken. The total value of the items is more than $2,500.
• PETIT LARCENY: A Niagara Falls woman said she was talking to a man about noon Saturday on Portage Road. The man told her his parents had died so he moved to the Falls from Manhattan. He also said he was down on his luck. The woman offered him $65 for lodging, which he accepted. He then asked her if she could drive him a few places to look for a place to stay. The woman did this, but the man told her he couldn’t stay at any of those places. The woman then took the man home and gave him clothing and a meal. The woman said she left the room for a minute and the man took her • DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Jonathan Lee Williams, 21, 18081⁄2 Whitney Ave., was charged at 4:56 a.m. Saturday with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, disorderly conduct and clinging to a motor vehicle. Police saw a car drive down the alley in the 600 block between Second and Third streets with Williams striking and kicking the vehicle. Police also saw Williams jump on top of the vehicle, ride a short while and fall off. The driver of the vehicle told police Williams didn’t have permission to ride on it. Williams told police he was upset because the female he was interested in was going home with another male.
• WARRANT EXECUTION: At 4:24 p.m. Friday, police were serving a warrant execution on Ulysses R.F. Jones, 20, 1320 Elmwood Ave., for two felony warrants for failure to appear. He was charged with resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration for failure to respond to police and hiding in his residence.
• BURGLARY: Between 12:30 a.m. Oct. 17 and 9:30 p.m. Friday, a resident in the 500 block of 20th Street reported several items were missing from the apartment she was moving from. Two TVs, a DVD player, jewelry and a Playstation2 were taken.
• BURGLARY: At 4:15 p.m. Friday, the victim said he was walking home when he saw a male coming out of his trailer in the 500 block of Memorial Parkway. He said $270 cash, a welfare card, expired prison identification and a carton of cigarettes were taken.
• RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT: At 4:55 p.m. Friday, a resident in the 300 block of Cedar Avenue told police he opened his door for a “New York State insurance officer” who knew him by name. The man couldn’t produce any identification. The victim said he was calling police, when the man began to leave. The man told the victim he was going to “kick your (expletive)” and that he had a gun. The victim chased the man and saw him getting into a vehicle in the Niagara County Courthouse parking lot. The victim was attempting to get the license number, when the vehicle approached him, causing him to jump out of the way. The victim gave the license plate number to police.
• PETIT LARCENY: A woman told police a 3⁄4-inch hole was punched in her car window while she was eating at a restaurant in the 8600 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard. She said her purse, three WWE tickets and an iPod Nano were taken. Total value of the missing items and damage is listed at $676.
• ROBBERY: At 10 p.m. Friday, a Japanese tourist told police he was walking down the 400th block of Sixth or Seventh street when a male approached him. The man pointed what appeared to be a gun through his coat pocket and demanded the victim’s wallet. The victim gave the man his wallet and attempted to walk away. The man then tried to grab the victim’s book bag. The victim ran to a store on Niagara Street and called police. He said he had $120 in traveler’s checks in his wallet.
• PETIT LARCENY: Vincent Q. Chew, 49, 2972 Maple Road, Newfane, was charged with petit larceny at 6 p.m. Friday for taking a 12-pack of beer from a grocery store in the 1000 block of Portage Road without paying for it. The beer was valued at $8.99.
• INDECENT EXPOSURE: Kevin C. Gaiser, 18, 4146 Foxwood Lane, Williamsville, was charged at 2:19 a.m. Saturday with disorderly conduct and indecent exposure. Police walked up on Gaiser as he was urinating on the rear of a building in the 400 block of Third Street.
• AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT: William Finlayson Jr., 47, 1227 13th St., Apt. 5, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment at 4:39 a.m. Saturday. Officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of Pine Avenue to see Finlayson, who had called 911 about 50 times. Finlayson was warned earlier in the evening not to call 911 unless he had a legitimate reason.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A person reported the front window of their building in the 600 block of 19th Street was broken between 11 p.m. Friday and noon Saturday.
