Niagara Falls

• BURGLARY: Police are investigating a burglary in the 2200 block of Cleveland Avenue. A property manager told officers that sometime before Sept. 26, someone broke into the vacant home he is responsible for by unknown means. The manager reported the burglary at 1:16 p.m. Thursday and told police he had to wait for permission from Citi Mortgage, which has foreclosed on the property, to make the report. A large amount of copper pipe was taken from the home.
