BLOTTER: Police reports published Oct. 24

— Niagara Falls

BURGLARY: Officers are looking into a burglary in the 2700 block of Forest Avenue. A 54-year-old man told police that sometime between 10:30 p.m. Monday and 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, someone broke into his garage by stealing a door opener out of his truck after breaking a window on the vehicle. The victim said a snowblower was taken.

 
BURGLARY: Police are investigating a burglary in the 500 block of Sixth Street. A 21-year-old woman told officers that sometime between 6 p.m. Sunday and 2:10 a.m. Monday, someone broke into her home by cutting through a screen on a window. The victim said a laptop computer, a 42-inch flat screen TV and a 47-inch flatscreen TV were taken.

 
* THEFT: Officers are looking into a theft from a construction site in the 1500 block of College Avenue. A foreman told police that sometime between 10 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. Sunday, someone entered a shed on the site and took a city water meter.

 
BURGLARY: Police are investigating a burglary in the 3600 block of Highland Avenue. A warehouse manager told officers that sometime on Saturday someone broke into the property by smashing a bathroom window. The victim said a large amount of copper wire, six circuit breakers and an undetermined amount of copper pipe was taken.
