Niagara Falls

• THEFT: Police are looking for a suspect in a shoplifting incident at a store in the 1800 block of Pine Avenue at 12:05 p.m. Sunday. A store manager told officers the female suspect took at least $200 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

 
• THEFT: Officers are looking into a car break-in in the 200 block of Third Street. A 54-year-old tourist told police that sometime between 6 p.m. Saturday and 10:45 a.m. Sunday someone broke into his car by smashing the passenger side front window. The victim said some clothing was taken.

 
• THEFT: Officers are investigating a reported theft which occurred between 7:55 and 8:05 p.m. Friday from a convenience store in the 2600 block of Niagara Street. A store employee told police a white woman with blonde hair, carrying a New York Yankees purse took approximately $110 of unspecified merchandise from the shelves and left without paying. Video surveillance is available to assist with the case, according to police.
