NIAGARA FALLS — Niagara Falls

• BURGLARY: Police are investigating a burglary in the 1800 block of Whitney Avenue. A 28-year-old man told officers sometime between 6 p.m. Sunday and 1:30 p.m. Monday someone entered his home through an unlocked door. The victim said nothing was taken but fat free ranch dressing was poured on his couch, love seat and bed.

Town of Lockport

• HARASSMENT: Joshua Pacheco, 16, 6395 Old Niagara Road, was charged Saturday with second-degree harassment. A counselor at Wyndham Lawn School told Niagara County Sheriff’s deputies that Pacheco tried to choke him, according to the report. Pacheco is scheduled to appear Aug. 12 in Lockport Town Court.

Wilson

• DWI: Mark Patrick Bostick, 27, 4708 Falls Road, Marcellus, was charged with two counts of DWI about 3 a.m. Sunday. A report said deputies observed Bostick passed out in a vehicle on Lake Road. Deputies said they knocked loudly on the driver’s-side window to wake Bostick up and found he was highly intoxicated. Bostick failed three sobriety tests and had a blood-alcohol content of 0.12 percent.

City of Tonawanda

• HARASSMENT: Kathleen T. O’Grady, 25, of Niagara Falls, was charged at 2 p.m. Monday with harassment and holding more than one license. Police said O’Grady was involved in a road rage incident in which she threw loose change at a vehicle in front of her.

• WARRANT: Adam R. Flint, 22, 31 Riverview Drive, Grand Island, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant.
