AREA
Immigrants’ clothing/pictures sought
Werner Karsch of Schmolln, Gemany, is seeking pictures of clothing worn by immigrants from the Uckermark region from 1860 and earlier.
This would be the area of ancestors in Wheatfield, Martinsville and Wolcotsville.
Karsch hopes that descendants in the United States may still have clothing or pictures they are willing to share.
Call Elaine Timm at 471-2217 or 297-1786, who will take a picture of your article and forward it to Karsch.
