NIAGARA FALLS —
Doug DeCroix, editor of Western New York Heritage Magazine, will present a special program on the War of 1812 on at 7 p.m. on Feb. 27.
The event will take place at the Wilson Historical Society Barnum Building, located at 645 Lake Street in the Village of Wilson. Light refreshments will be served and the public is invited.
